IT Portal

Built for internal IT support usage, the SharePortals IT Portal can also be used by external client users.  Users familiar with using SharePoint collaboration interfaces for other purposes will benefit from a single interface.

Portal Features

Asset Management Extension: Users within IT / facility roles can utilise this extension to track and manage assets within the organisation, including depreciation, and workflows to manage leases.
User Management: Common IT tasks can be heavily automated within the IT portal, particularly if the organisation is using Office 365.  Some examples are automatic provisioning of users, groups, SharePoint sites, mailboxes, and more.  
System Integration: Can integrate with other SharePortals systems, for example if IT support services are provided only for organisations with contracts within the SharePortals CRM, access can be managed using this information.  Additionally service entitlement can be surfaced within the IT portal.
