Recruiting IT Technical expert for a permanent role.
It’s an excellent opportunity to join a small team of multi-skilled IT professionals who look after a wide range of small to enterprise customer installations. You will have an alignment to a select number of key enterprise accounts and be the primary point of contact and the owner of their software solution, from installation to technical support. Through your understanding of the full range of our services and solutions you will be able to increase penetration of the aligned accounts.
Flexibility is also required to take on installation and technical support tasks within other customer environments.
Multi Skilled – IT Technical Expert
Ideally candidates will have 4-5 years’ experience in the IT industry and be ambitious, self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on quality. You will be mature, credible and clear communicator when dealing with clients and management. You’ll be reliable, tolerant, and determined. Clear analytical thinking and trouble- shooting are your most important attributes.
We require you to be sufficiently mobile and flexible to travel a few days in a typical month within the UK.
You will feel comfortable administering Windows Server OS’, virtualization platforms (VMware), SQL Server (including replication) and IIS and understand basic networking concepts. To be an effective trouble shooter you’ll have to have a basic understanding of SQL syntax.
Official certifications are always a bonus.
