To add more MFPs or Digital Senders to the capture
setup just add additional MFP licenses - SOS+1.
SOS BA - Module for
barcode recognition. Support for the following types of
barcodes: Code 39 Ext, Code 3 of 9, Code 93, Code 128,
Code 2 or 5i, UPC-A, UPC-E, EAN-8, EAN-13. The value of
the barcode can be used as meta data (e.g. filename or
directory) and the values can be a saved as CSV or XML.
Personalised Template Module
Within Smart Office Scan scan-templates
are linked to a Multifunctional, which means that
every user has access to every template. Through the use
of user authentication (SafeCom) is it
possible to give users access to their personal
templates. Personal templates can be added to a user or
to a group of users. Authentication can be done based on
network authentication or Personal ID defined.

Winshare In Connector
Normally Smart Office Scan is used to
process documents from a Multifunctional. This module
can monitor any folder on the network. JPG, TIFF and PDF
files can be converted. All other files can be stored in
the location as defined in the store module. SOS

Rightfax Fax Connector
This connector can process incoming
faxes from a Rightfax fax server. The fax number and the
subject can be used in Smart Office Scan as meta data

Microsoft SQL Connector
This connector can store documents in a
MS SQL 2000 or 2005 server. Every table within the
database can be selected for the documents to be stored
as a link or the physical document.
Oracle Database Connector
This connector can store documents in a
Oracle 10G database. Every table within the
database can be selected to store the document. In this
table it is possible to store the document itself or the
link to the affected document.

This connector can store documents in
Microsoft CRM 3.0 and 4.0. Document can be scanned
directly into every destination in CRM below the notes.
ELO Professional Connector
Documents can be stored directly in ELO Professional
Exact e-Synergy and Exact Synergy
Enterprise Connector
Scanned documents are stored in the
document or workflow table. By storing the document in
the workflow table, a task can be generated through
e-Synergy for the relevant user. Requires Exact SDK.
Exact Globe 2003 Connector
Scanned documents are directly attached
to the correct account or bookings-code. requires Exact
SDK.
Sage Line 50 Connector (UK)
This connector can store documents
directly in Sage Line 50. This connector is available
from version 11. Third Party application should be
enabled, which is a module available from Sage.
SuperOffice CRM Connector
This connector can store documents in
SuperOffice SIX. Requires SuperOffice COM object.
Thomson Elite ProLaw Connector
This connector can store documents in
Thomson Prolaw. Only the SQL version is supported for
version 9.
Interwoven Worksite Connector
With this connector you can store
documents directly into Worksite. This works with an
integration developed by an Interwoven partner. This
allows a user to print a coversheet with barcodes from
any destination in Worksite. When the document is
scanned, Smart Office Scan will store the document based
on the information in the barcode.
