SafeCom Go Overview

SafeCom Go provides a device embedded solution to pull printing, copy and scan control. Users interact with the devices features through the devices touch screen control panel.

Functionality

SafeCom Go is a software application that is stored and run from the device's hard drive, altenative fixed storage medium or an external SafeCom Go controller and interacts with users through the control panel and the device's buttons.

SafeCom Go offers the following functionality:

View queued pull-print jobs
Print-all, print, retain and delete functionality
Authenticate to access copy and digital sending functionality – send-to-email, send-to-fax-and send-to-folder
Pre-populates To: and From: fields for scan to email functions.
Tracking and pay functionality for all functions
Provides an interface to external authentication devices such as card readers and key pads
