The SafeCom licensing structure provides ultimate flexibility when designing and costing  print or copy management solutions. Deploy a push-print tracking solution for a number of printers in order to simply monitor print output or roll out large multi-site and failover resistant pull-print and device access control solutions - licensing costs will closely reflect the functionality you use and the benefits you reap.

Flexibility

There are no mandatory server licenses so for basic solutions the overall costs depends entirely on the number of devices and functionality required for each.

Expandability

The capabilities of a solution can easily be expanded by simply purchasing additional license components without installing additional software. 

Maintenance

Every solution is sold with basic SafeCom maintenance providing extended hardware warranty and free software upgrades throughout the maintenance period. Maintenance contracts are available for 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 years.

Support

If you require additional technical support SafeCom maintenance can be upgraded to include ongoing technical support. There are three types of support packages, each offering a varying degree of responsiveness to technical queries. Some support packs include on-site visits by a trained solution consultant.
